Currently employed as a Programme Officer at the Directorate of Gender Affairs, Ms. Looby earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to her employment at Gender Affairs, Ms. Looby worked at Crossroads Centre, a locally-based international addiction treatment facility as a Milieu Technician. She was also the social media editor for some time while there. Ms. Looby has also done extensive work in social services, admissions, and discharge planning while abroad in Pennsylvania and Florida.
