Membership

The minimum requirement for Full Membership status shall include:

1. An accredited Doctoral or Masters Level, Counselling-Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling degree that is recognized by the Association’s Education Committee;
2. Inclusive of program required direct internship/practicum and practical experience;
3. Post-graduate supervision by a relevant masters or doctorate level supervision;
4. Nationals, naturalized citizens, and legal residents;
5. Payment of $200.00 XCD annual dues.

The minimum requirement for Student membership status shall include:

1. Current enrollment, evidenced by an enrollment letter from their Institution, in an accredited relevant Associates or Bachelors program in Counselling-Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling degree that is recognized by the Association’s Education Committee;
2. Resides in Antigua & Barbuda or studying abroad;
3. Nationals, naturalized citizens, or legal residents; and
4. Payment of $100.00 XCD annual dues.

The minimum requirement for Affiliate Membership status shall include:

1. An accredited Bachelor’s Level, Counselling-Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling degree
2. that is recognized by the Association’s Education Committee;
3. Inclusive of program required direct internship/practicum and practical experience;
4. Post-graduate supervision by a relevant masters or doctorate level supervision;
5. Nationals, naturalized citizens, and legal residents; and
6. Payment of annual dues.
