Inclusivity

The non-discriminatory practice aims to counteract the negative effects of discrimination on clients and to combat discrimination in all its forms. Involves refraining from any action that could be seen as discriminatory or potentially insulting to any individual or group. Promotes the inclusion of a person’s protected categories including, but not limited to, age, race, ethnicity, ability, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and socioeconomic status.
